Primary Responsibilities:
Professor Kellems is responsible for providing both general research and reference services and services for foreign, comparative, and international law inquiries. She maintains and enhances BYU Law's FCIL law collection. She also provides direct support to law school faculty and programs focused on foreign and international law which includes supporting research, materials, and training requests. Professor Kellems teaches LLM and legal research classes.
